Since we changed the plan, I decided to write on the first three days here and let it go. Then write our last two days. This is kind of a mashup on the days. This morning I took this walk down the riverwalk area. I felt vaguely troubled by a myriad of little things. Pieces of life that submerge in Siem Reap but seem to wander up to the surface here. I’ve felt this affinity and affection for something of life here.So I walked on. I guess deliberation slowing my steps. Next up is Kampot. We will be spending three nights in Kampot this time. It’s a slower paced thing than here. We leave at 10am for the three hour ride. We both enjoy the city a lot. This is some little interlude of a thing. We are in the middle of Kampot and been writing a blogpost about the things. One thing in the moment is how pretty Kampot is. How the river shines and the two bridges create a wonderful walk on either side. From our side one can sit and watch the river go by.
