Final days in kampot

Since we changed the plan, I decided to write on the first three days here and let it go. Then write our last two days. This is kind of a mashup on the days. A bunch of almost organized thoughts which may wander around a bit. Much like I do when we go.Originally we planned on going to a nice bungalow in Kep for a few days. What happened was we both decided we like Kampot more. The city has all the things we both like. The guesthouse now makes it all available easily. No tuktuk rides or frustrations with location. Staying right along the riverfront this time seemed just right for us.I’ll be able to get two nice walks in and then find new places for coffee. My wife does her market or sitting at the guesthouse restaurant talking. I’d be remiss to not mention Ecran noodle house here. Wonderful freshly made noodles and dumplings. The duck is good too. We ate our first night here and enjoyed it immensely. The pork noodle soup was most good. Also had 6 fried shrimp dumplings and duck with…
