Yesterday I sat down to make music on my Akai Mini 3 MIDI Controller that I have now had for four years. Starting from right after I got it, and all the time since, I have been unhappy with the velocity curves of the keys. Even pressing down on them strongly only led to very silent responses in the virtual instruments I was trying to control.
