Another beyond tellerrand is in the books. I had a great time – as always. Thanks for having me, Marc! Speakers above: André Michelle, Kimya Gandhi, Bramus Van Damme, James White and Lauren Celenza. It is hard to describe the feeling I have whenever I am on my way home. I guess hopeful comes to mind (not that I feel hopeless generally, but there is definitely a lot of positive energy in the room at btconf). I definitely feel inspired and ready to get back to work, especially on my own projects…

I had a great time at beyond tellerrand today. Amazing speakers pictured above include Oliver Reichenstein, Niels Leenheer, Marjan van Aubel, James Victore and Annie Atkins. Almost 18k steps today. That's a lot of moving around, but obviously totally worth it. Also, thanks to everybody who came up and said hello! I did only photograph around the house today. The image above is of our kitchen door (which we don't need), wrapped in bubble wrap. We'll store it away for the time being. While I don't have anything interesting today, I feel quite confident that I'll have something more interesting in the coming days: I am looking very much forward to travelling the short distance to Düsseldorf tomorrow to once more document beyond tellerrand, happening on Monday and Tuesday. Very excited!

Lumi wrote "Sewing is like being able to do magic" on this little card and put it atop her sewing machine. She's really into it at the moment. (I think her teacher has this quote in her Studio.) We need more fabric!

Suvi was helping with the dishes today, while listening to some music (as I usually do when doing household chores) and Lumi spent the afternoon at the sewing machine, which is her favorite pastime recently. In other news, I received an email today, where my blog was mentioned in the same sentence with Daily Dose of Imagery, which in my book, was one of the greatest photo blogs ever. Made my day!
