Art by Jey Pawlik

I recently opened up B&W commissions!! And my wonderful spouse immediately asked me for a physical piece xey can hang in xer office at work. We recently saw The Barber of Seville together and we were both smitten by (apparently) the Canadian Opera Company’s extra silly version of it. Our actor for Figaro was an absolute delight, and Max wanted this energy for office work!

Four more really great shoutout requests from my Private Collector crew on Patreon, some fun fanart and extremely fun JigZeni~ It’s the beginning of the month, which is the best time to sign up for these! You’ll also get access to my entire archive of either SFW ($5) or NSFW ($10) art, comics, and… over 100 sketchbook PDFS?!

Just as a fun colour exercise I wanted to make up some new Lupin jacket colours! I’d done this before when I was working on The Curtain Falls (Patreon) (Shop) (Itch) but it’s been long enough that I wanted to try yellow and purple. My thought process is the white jacket is Lupin’s very first jacket (he’s like 20 here), and then grey jacket is his last jacket (as per The Curtain Falls).

So I was commissioned by Filthy Figments to write-up a NEW RSS COMIC! This went up on the FF site a few months back, but now was a really good time to post it more publicly with the most recent Tapas news that came out. So here’s a brand new RSS comic, up-to-date with what I’m using, how I’m using it and how you can to! Want to read more of guides/tutorials/etc? Find those here on Patreon or here on my art blog!

Just some fanart I’ve been meaning to do for a while for a really great comic! 🔞

Poketcg-art is doing a TCG redraw event for every Pokemon generation and I have been waiting for the Unova slots to open just so I can do a TCG redraw of my beautiful baby girl DARUMAKA! Original card by Tomowaka Click to reveal original card

I’ve been wanting to do some fanart for Olibhéare’s Gympunk nuzlocke for a while (I recc’d it in my newsletter a little while back). Go read it, it’s so much fun!

A new sexy comic is on it’s way for the $10 Private Collector tier starting September 24th and running weekly until mid-February here Patreon! “The Legend of Paul Bunyan, Transman” was Max and I’s story for the Transfixed anthology hosted by Filthy Figments last year. Our 1 year contract is up so we can post it ourselves now! I also want to include the best comment we’ve gotten on this story from fellow cool queer G.C. Houle If you’re interested in buying Transfixed, which includes a wonderful…

I’ve been very slowly working on my ISO project while working on many many many other freelance things but wanted to share these concepts I made up for the twin characters in it. A while back I’d done a poll for Castor’s name on my Patreon and I think I’ve really grown to like it for him, they’ve gone through quite a few name changes over the years so it’s nice to finally solidify it! Some old concepts for these two can be found in my Old Concept Art books from 2016, but they are much much…

I was inspired recently after someone asked me about why I didn’t have an Instagram, to make a four page comic on why. I’m not going back to Instagram. Maybe I can just hand this out if people ask me now. Want to follow my work if social media dies? Check out my RSS (and my RSS how-to’s) and/or sign up for my newsletter~

I began replaying Skyrim again so here’s my Argonian, Chicken-mimic, with his beautiful, but perpetually afraid, husband Derkeethus!

Starting the birds I saw while in Japan for my honeymoon! I was so excited to do some birdwatching in Japan.

Sometimes I draw some very cursed things in my sketchbook. I just need to get the ideas out of my head. Did you know I have over 100 sketchbooks up for my Grab Bag tier? Did you know Alola Darumaka, a silly fancomic webcomic, is free to read?

Some wonderful shoutouts for my Private Collectors, we are so here for JigZeni y’all! If you’re interested in a doodle like this, the beginning of the month is the best time to sign up!

This year’s Make a Terrible Comic Day comic, something that’s been on my mind a lot lately. OOPS!

Back in 2006 I drew Sora on my very first version of Photoshop Elements with a tiny Wacom Graphire Tablet. And this ended up being something I’d come back to and redraw every few years. I hope you’ll enjoy this walk down memory lane with me 20 years after that first drawing! 2006 2013 2019

Was doing some digital brush testing with some gradient maps. I do love drawing my girl Diana~

Commission for TLC of their OC Greeg, and what an absolute delight this was to draw! I’ve got one slot still open for comms if you’ve ever been interested, I don’t know how long the slot will be open for!

Shoutout Requests from the Private Collector gang, I had a grand ol’ time drawing some fanart for indie projects (Go buy In Stars and Time) (Go read Exorcism Academy 🔞), and as always some really wonderful Jigen/Zeni. I’m very happy to be known as the Jigzeni artist! If you’re interested in a doodle like this, the beginning of the month is the best time to sign up! You’ll also get access to my entire archive of either SFW ($5) or NSFW ($10) art, comics, and over 100 sketchbook PDFS?! Wow!

I got married to Max 3 years ago today and never shared photos?! I did write a comic about it though… Go read that maybe?~ https://www.ohjoysextoy.com/i-got-married-jey-pawlik/ (it’s SFW) I also just posted a behind the scenes of this comic on my Patreon if you’re interested too 👀

A comic from 2016 that I never actually posted. This was for an Alphyne zine back in the day but I don’t believe it ever actually came to fruition as happens with many zine projects. It’s always frustrating when I finish a full piece or comic for it too! Well, I got this comic out of it and I might as well post this decade old comic now. Better late than never! I do still love these two very much.

May was such a month?! I had so many deadlines and projects and NIF and phew~ I’m glad it’s almost June! Some more birds I saw during the summer of 2024! Double-bill of gulls, and Max’s favourite duck!

After chatting with my students this semester I was inspired to redraw & re-letter my “Ins and Outs of Webcomics” comic. A 9 page Scott McCloud-style narrative for those looking for comics-related reading material, how-to guides, or an introduction to webcomics! This comic was produced with the support of th

I’ve been playing a lot of Pokopia and wanted to share some doodles I’ve done! Wanna see the sketches for these? Check ’em out on Patreon for free!

Sometimes I draw fanart that isn’t Lupin. A friend streamed/is streaming all the Resident Evil games that feature Leon for my group chat and I fell for this goober. I worked on this while said friend was streaming the RE2 remake and I had an extremely good time!

Shoutout Requests from my Private Collector crew on Patreon! I’m glad folks liked my Yzma in the Disney Villains game, ohhh and did you see this caterpillar?! I’m opening commissions soon and if anyone really wanted a character in the Cursed Cafe style, while I don’t have that in my normal menu you are always welcome to email me the deets. It’s also the beginning of the month which is the best time to join us over on Patreon if you’re interested in a doodle like this. You’ll also get access to…
