Mario ventures into space, exploring cosmic worlds and tackling galactic challenges far from the familiar Mushroom Kingdom. This is a-movie about a-Mario, what’s not to like? I’ve seen idiots on IMDb complain about this because it’s not the next Godfather. It’s a solid kids movie, it’s fun and colorful, teaches kids some low key lessons about friendship ane it ultimately entertains. Loved the bazillion references that snuck in, from the nice Star Fox crossover to the Excitebike easter egg, so maybe we should take kids movies as they are, kids movies.
