Our final full day already! 🥲 This has been such a special holiday. We’ve been to more urban Scotland before (Edinburgh), Dundee, Aberdeen (For work) but this Cairngorms trip is the first real time I feel like I’ve experienced rural Scotland on my own terms and it’s been a delight. It’s reminded me just how much I love walking as well. After some breakfast and packing lunch we set off for another walk. I was excited for the scenery potential on this one! Loch Muick Walk I had to come to a Loch whilst in Scotland and walk it. I’d heard good things about Lock Muick. Allegedly it has its own monster in the form of an ice snake 🐉 Ala Nessie At Lock Ness. Sadly… no video evidence was caught by us in this visit 👀 The drive into the Loch was a bit hairy. We’re from Dorset so we’re not strangers to a single lane country road1, but I was very glad it was Jen driving today and not me 😬 Scenery did not disappoint. What a beautiful spot.
