11:48 - One of my buddies messaged me as they saw my last note and encouraged me to contact Substack support. Substack makes it really difficult to do this, so I ended up having to search "How to contact Substack support" which sent me to an article, which then directed me to their chatbot. I was skeptical but typed in my request. Within seconds, my subscription was cancelled and refunded. Whew! Shoutout to Vince for saving the day!
