well, i did it. on a whim, i decided to just get a dumbphone. i opted for a dumb.co phone, because it was cheap and accessible for such a radical lifestyle change. i was honestly expecting it to be a little more challenging to make the switch, but there are enough tools i'm used to having built into the dumb.co phone that i'm actually not missing my smartphone at all. in fact, i'm pretty much just leaving my phone in my pocket for the most part, just using it to send text messages throughout the day (which, to be fair, is about all i used my smartphone for before, aside from doom scrolling various web pages). i'm getting more and more interested in starting an offline group in my city, as well, but i've never started anything like this before, and am also quite the introvert. the idea of starting anything group oriented is scary to me. i do think it would be worth it though, to meet people who are also wanting to just get outside more and talk and share real life things. has anyone…
