For reading books, primarily. It’s a good idea to complete one chapter each day. I have read a few chapters right now from the book Inside the Box. Of course this is not meant to dissuade oneself from reading. Like one should not think that they need enough time to complete a chapter, otherwise don’t start. Rather, it’s take some time and complete the chapter you start. Why? I guess because chapters are structured that way for the benefit of the reader. A chapter is supposed to contain a semi-independent thing which can exist on its own. Also, after reading so many chapters, I felt like taking a break. These things are important, even though I could continue reading, I mean I have time. But it feels too much like an information overload - a reason why I don’t want to do audiobooks for non-narrative non-fiction books. Also it’s difficult to pause the audiobook and take notes.
