As a newsletter hawker who uses Buttondown, I appreciate that Buttondown has controls to manage how newsletter archives get crawled – by search engines, LLM tools, etc: Crawling settings. And I was chatting with James the other day and he had a clever page which uses checkboxes to create some interesting, game-like effects. I went deep on it: it was so fun to experiment with Pug and Sass: I am working on some Weird Web October submissions too: The other day the puzzle on CSS Battle was particularly difficult. It forced me to use corner-shape and border-radius. I avoid that combination since it’s not available in all browsers yet, but it’s fine practice. I suppose I ought to encourage you to like and subscribe to things, but my heart is really not in it. I mean, we’re all adults here, right? If you want to, you can. But if you don’t, my feeling will not be hurt. I just want y’all to live your best lives! That’s what I’m trying to do. Sign my Guestbook | Contact Me
