Called out and went to the urgent care. They were actually quite nice, which was a relief. Wasn't the most expensive thing in the world either thankfully. Got my medicine from the pharmacy, and I'm making the poor financial decision of stopping at my favorite sandwich place, because I deserve some comfort food. Fuck all this bad luck you can't stop me
