Hardy Hibiscus Starting To Bloom Again

Late last week I thought I was seeing flower buds on our hardy hibiscus plant, but then I thought they might just be old ones from the flowers earlier in the summer. This plant gets numerous large flowers but burns out pretty quickly. If we got more sun out where it is planted, I think it might do a bit better. That said, I can’t complain about how the plant is doing, and it comes back each year. Even after the extreme cold last winter, it came back, which really surprised me. Not to mention the dumbass neighbors snowblowing the salty slush off the street into our yard so they don’t have to inconvenience themselves by moving or going around their piece-of shit cars. It was particularly nice to glance out the front door this morning and see this flower glowing brightly in the sun, facing the house. I have had some sort of minor bug and just feel like dog shit.
