Over the Summer, I came to the conclusion that my social media experience wasn't very sociable anymore. Whether it was the constant reminder of doom through infinite scrolling, and algorithm that either didn't know me or knew me better than me, or the notifications to catch up with someone I've never met were enough.So I decided to heck with it and attempted a cleanse. Or more specifically, a reduction in apps installed on my phone. I wanted some distance, y'know?But when I came across Kai Gulliksen's post on taking a Social Media Diet, it got me wondering... did I do enough?So, yeah, I’m not cutting off social media entirely, I’m just distancing myself a little.
