Where to get free, human-made, royalty-free images

These images are generally free to use for your blog and social media posts, but some may contain restrictions against certain uses, like re-bundling or reselling, so be sure to read the license. Images in the Public Domain are free to use for any purpose. I’ll keep updating this list over time. Always double-check the license just before you download an image, in case you’ve accidentally reset the search filters to include non-free images.
