Sunday Morning and its words

I like writing every day. Covering some daily things has become this thing I love doing. None of the events are huge but some I think let people see what life can be like here. We live this sometimes strange, other times fun life in rural Siem Reap. In a Khmer neighborhood where I am I’m told one other expat lives. I have never seen this person in two years. A lot of the things are my daily wanderings. Sometimes I go out and have a few too many beers.We just got back from a week’s trip to Phnom Penh and Kampot which was very enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed Kampot this time. I’ve been several times before but I felt this time like we found this thing. Like a perfect storm of location, food, people. Most of all the people part was for my wife. She loved visiting with people at the guesthouse. People staying a few days and those that work there.
