wah?

I'm just waking up and I'm so confuseddd. I checked my bank account, cause I used my credit card to pay for gas the other day, and my credit card is in the negatives cause apparently I got some kind of refund from planned parenthood for just over the amount I paid for gas? And it seems my partner went to the farmers market, but she also somehow I think found a replacement lid to my tumbler, and there's some unknown amount of market goodies in the house? I dunno, I feel like a lot of nice stuff is suddenly happening so I'm a bit wary. Not gonna take it for granted, but it's still a bit puzzling.
