Vatican City

The smallest state in the world. The dimensions of the cathedral are impressive. Just the square and St. Peter’s Cathedral are already a large part of the whole country. It is amazing how much work and detail went into these buildings, like how the pictures inside are not paintings (as they would not age well due to the humidity) but mosaics. What a feat!
