Asking the record store owner for his advice on starting a small business. It's Wednesday, which means I got dressed up to have my me-time morning at the record store. Today, however, was different. I'd been slowly building up the courage to have a proper conversation with the owner of the shop. The original idea was to see if I can work there, but now I had another topic on my mind: starting a small business. I'm thinking about starting a coffee cart.BACKSTORY I haven't written about this yet because the idea still scares me. Recently, an opportunity arose where a collective is looking to rent out some space in their building and I thought, wouldn't it be cool if I could operate a coffee cart there?
