30th Street Station Looking Great!

This morning when we walked over to the train station to catch our train home, it was fairly nice and very sunny. We walked into the train station with a little over an hour to spare. It’s always neat seeing so many people in there that are coming and going places. The Acella and North East Regional trains always have such long lines and tons of people getting off too. Keystone does too, and there are always loads of people coming up the stairs when it arrives from New York and Jersey. My mind was too preoccupied, I guess, on Friday to even really notice it, but the maze of scaffolding wasn’t there. The bright sunshine coming in the large windows really made the granite stand out. I can’t believe how much cleaner and brighter the ceiling looks. There was one small corner that they hadn’t gotten to yet, so it was easy to see the difference.
