Smoky View From The Train

This will be one of several posts with some pictures from our trip to Philly. The air quality was awful this morning, and it smelled like smoke. I got a WOD in before getting a shower, and don’t ask me how I did that. We packed our stuff and walked over to the train station with plenty of visible smoke. The sun started barely making it through the smoke, and visibility improved slightly as the morning went on, but it was still pretty bad by early afternoon when we headed to the train station to catch our train. Let me just say again how fortunate we are to have access to trains nearby. The station is a short walk from home. The train was on time, and we were on our way to Philly. The smoke hung on for a good portion of our trip, but it did improve slightly by the time we got to the city.
