The Anime Convention

You know those weekends where you technically weren't working, but you still did heaps of stuff, leaving you tired on Monday?That was my weekend! My partner and I went to SMASH over the weekend, one of the big anual anime conventions that we always go to. It was fun seeing everyone and walking around seeing all the cool cosplays but ngl the con felt kinda mid this year. Same as last year. A lot of us were there to cosplay or run stalls but like, overall it kinda felt like I was there because "it's what we always do". I really enjoyed seeing everyone, and all the cosplays oomfs did were fire, but it just didn't feel the same as it used to haha. It could just be that the con has goten too big, but idk. I still had fun! Lunch with all the homies was awesome. Maybe next year we lobby-con. Otherwise, the week was super low-key.
