FOOD QUIZ (VERY BRITISH QUESTIONS)

From Dish Podcast Quick Fire Quiz, which I discovered via Harry's blog. A quiz? About food?? Count me in. What is your favourite way to eat eggs? Scrambled—slightly runny—with pico de gallo. Haven't had that in years due to lack of fresh pico de gallo. Store-bought salsa works but it's just not the same. Favourite sandwich filling? Chicken schnitzel with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. Favourite way to have potatoes? Mashed. Best thing to put on toast? Sweetened condensed milk. Favourite herb? Thai basil. Favourite type of pasta? Pappardelle. Favourite kitchen utensil? My extra long wooden chopsticks. Favourite Crisp? Sour cream and onions. Favourite Chocolate bar? I use Frey chocolate bars (without nuts) for baking because it's good quality and inexpensive. Favourite Sunday Roast? I've never had a Sunday roast, but if I could choose, it would be chicken with mashed potatoes and peas.
