The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt — C

Mismatched high school couples fall in love. The couples are cute, and I really liked the art style (felt more cartoonish than what seems to be in style now). I think the main problem might just be that I’m old. These high school love stories don’t really do it for me anymore. It was very serviceable and well done, and I think I would have enjoyed this much more a decade ago. Storytelling – C – It was cute sometimes, not really funny though. Voice – C – It’s a popular topic… Characters – C – One note but cute! Attention Grab – C – Lost a bit of momentum for me by the end.
