Yet we walk away dissatisfied. As if we couldn't say what we wanted to say. There's this nagging feeling after every conversation, that you're left holding more inside than what you managed to express outside. Because there was never a moment where you could truly express yourself. This nagging feeling is a sign that you're in the wrong company. Talking to the wrong person. We always focus on how we adapt to the people we're with. So we can enjoy more. So we can share more. So we can align with them more. So we can finally feel closer to somebody. The process should run in reverse. You're meant to discover the person with whom your wavelength matches. With whom you enjoy talking. With whom the conversation flows naturally. The real conversation begins only after that discovery. We're so tired of ourselves. So disconnected from ourselves that we end up choosing people for the sake of choosing.… No comments yet.
