Movies: The Pelican Brief (1993)

A law student uncovers a conspiracy, putting herself and others in danger. Continuing the John Grisham streak, this ie one of the few movies I knew about, but never seen. Denzel Washington and Julia Roberts in their prime do a great job at filling the roles, but the whole ocnspiracy thingie feels a bit flat for me, even if the movie is directed by Alan J. Pakula, who also directed “All the President’s Men”. However, it’s still a captivating thriller and keeps you interested until the ending. Four popcorns. To see all 19 photos, visit the article page.
