Today was mostly about the Balmoral Cairn walk. Essentially, we’re off to see some posh royal pyramids. In the same area, we planned to try a Scottish delicacy, a buttery. A high-fat bread similar to a croissant. 😋 Cairn Walk 🚜 A slightly cooler day today, but still nice and clear. Perfect for a lovely walk. This was a much more dense forest for us to explore. Some say this walk is a bit boring and touristy, but I don’t know what to say… hater’s gonna hate… Personally we loved it 🤷 Whilst not a royalist or even that much of a history buff myself, the cairns are very impressive, and reading about who they were dedicated to was very interesting. Aside from that, they are just a really interesting spectacle to see out in the middle of nowhere. Albert’s cairn being the biggest and most impressive by far. The actual walk was really nice. Some light elevation through the forests but in a nice enough loop you don’t have to think too hard about your navigation. We met a rad beetle, A bunch of…
