As mentioned in my stuff this week as I’m on annual leave I’m doing the lions share of the family Cooking this week. Yesterday I made this BBC Goodfood Masala Chana Chaat by Chetna Makan. This was delicious and we’ll absolutely be making it again. Easy and quick for a family weekday meal but full of different textures, great spices and just enough heat in the chutney with two green chillies blended into The herb mix. Veggie too! We served it with elephant atta chapattis. 😋
