In the morning, the sun shines brightly onto our patio. When I wake up, I open the windows so that Tommy and Ricky can enjoy the outdoor sounds, smells and slight breeze. Ricky has a comfy hammock on one of the windows, Tommy likes to lie down on the floor and snooze there until the afternoon. The sun then moves toward the other side of our apartment. In the living room, some sun can be caught by the cats, but unfortunately, it’s not a lot… The sun is obstructed by a concrete balcony and of course the balcony above us. So only very little of it can make it through. As the sun moves, the rays that manage to enter the living room also move. So I’ll try and move the scratch post along with the sun coming in… It’s kind of sad that it’s so hard for the cats to catch the sun during the afternoon. So, sometimes I just pick up the scratch post and move it for them! Like I did for Ricky here. :D We got a lot of sun coming into our ”side kitchen” in the afternoon, since it’s not obstructed by…
