I found this interview very interesting, especially the notion of working under the capitalist system being a soul crushing experience and that doing something that is both personally satisfying and secure leads people to feeling both fulfilled and productive. It's also important that despite being extremely successful in an oversaturated industry, that financial security is still somewhat shaky due to the evangelical crackdown on pornographic content. A small monopoly of companies can just decide that your money isn't yours, because women's bodily autonomy is scary. Previous
