More images and thoughts on Sweden . . . . There were many of these EV Volkswagen vans throughout Stockholm . . .. One more! This is one of the food trucks in action from the earlier post. There is something efficient about these vehicles when they are out and about doing their “job.” And of course the Abba Museum. There was also an IKEA museum in another part of Sweden that we unfortunately did not make it to (I would have enjoyed that). This is the Vassa ship at the Vassa Museum. It’s a bit of a long story, but the Cliff’s Notes version is that it sank in the harbor and they pulled it up and have been “restoring” (my word) it in this museum. It was worth the visit . . . ! The baker at the breakfast place making the Swedish “kanelbullar,” a lovely type of pastry that is sold in all of the bakeries. I am planning on making my own at some point . . . Yes, a traditional Swedish of meatballs from the lovely Meatballs For The People restaurant. These were amazingly good. So good. Very…
