I just logged into LinkedIn (yeah I feel sorry for myself too). Not even a minute into it, I see a post from a HHRR lady with a screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation. It's with a guy who was supposed to start his new position that same day, but doesn't show up, and 3-4h later says something like: Hello, today was my first day, but I couldn't assist because of a personal issue I had this weekend, leaving me trapped in another city and unable to go to work. I am now available, if I wasn't assigned to any project I can come back tomorrow and if I lost my chance I want to say sorry and thank you. So, what did the lady say about this?
