And it's been doing wonders for my back. My old chair broke about a month back or so. The back support area, whatever it's called, just completely broke off. Like suddenly, too. I'm someone who likes to lean back when I'm sitting, so imagine my surprise when I nearly fell backwards and banged my damn toes on my desk. I figured I'd ride it out as I looked for a new chair. My old one wasn't anything fancy. It didn't even have arm-rests, but it did its job. I also figured having no back support would force me to correct my posture as I usually slouch. It did. For a bit. However, it made my back hurt real bad. Like a sharp pain up my right side up to my shoulder blades. When that happened, I had to lay down for a few minutes. It was immobilizing pain. I guess having a chair with back support plus good posture is the way to go (which seems obvious now that I'm writing this). I've seen people sit at chairs without it, but I can't do that. I'm often at my desk, too, so that pain sucked. So…
