My current setup for my home computer is, unfortunately, windows 11 with WSL, currently running Ubuntu 22.04, really bad, I know. I absolutely hate windows and microsoft, but this PC was more intended for gaming at the time I built it. The WSL setup was enough for the amount of work I was doing at home. I had planned to change it as soon as I got a remote job or got fired, as it would be the main computer for both programming and gaming. The reason I chose that as my setup is because I was a innocent rookie in linux. I was convinced that for a beginner WSL and Ubuntu was the safe option without too much room to make a mess. I gotta say it did work, I managed to learn the basics and use it for the past 3 years, but now it's time to step up the game. It's been a while since I messed around with my nvim config and the ubuntu packages in general. It wasn't optimal, a bit laggy at times and tree-sitter would eventually crash when editing vue files. But since it wasn't my main work station…
