got the moka pot my friend shared on his blog. it's really solid and is made out of stainless steel as opposed to aluminium, like most other moka pots. because it's made out of steel, coffee comes out at a slower pace making it easier to control and not get the bitter end that spatters everywhere. it's also easier to clean. i'm a fan of it so far.

i'm sick again... for like the third time in the last month. i'm tired of not getting enough sleep and constantly battling illnesses. intern year is going tougher than i expected and pediatrics was supposed to be one of the easier rotations. maybe i will to get used to it, eventually.

got a tetanus and hepatitis b shot. my left arm feels sore and i think i had a fever that stopped me from getting a good night's sleep yesterday. i ended up napping midday. glad i picked a day where i can rest after getting vaccinated. i think the worst of it is over though.
