Went on a little photo safari with my youngest before his homework. We bought some soda and candy and headed off to the church behind the fields. He was so stoked to print his own photos on the fly. He brought a Fuji Instax, and I had my X-T5 with the 18mm Voigtländer. Quality time 🖤

This Friday and Saturday were hot here in Germany. We were close to 39°C. Again. So we did the only thing that felt right and spent some time at the Herthasee. Back in March, I found this broken Star Wars mug. I really loved the design, so I decided to take it home, fix it and give it a new purpose. I glued it back together, but decided against trying to perfectly hide all the cracks. I even left the broken piece at the bottom missing, filled the mug with some small gravel and planted a little succulent in it. And because there was still some space left, the plant is now guarded by two Star Wars LEGO figures. 😄 I think it turned out pretty damn cool.…

🎓 Back to School My “Räubertochter” turned 16 this week. Tomorrow she’s starting her final three years at Gymnasium.
