There is an odd bug in Windows related to Video CDs. To reproduce it: Insert a Video CD (if you don't have one, you can download this file, extract it and burn it with something that supports bin+cue images, like AnyBurn). Open Explorer and copy the Video CD contents to the PC (you can copy just the MPEGAV folder, which contains the big multimedia files).
