Being able to say 'No' honestly feels like a privilege, in the age where people get upset on a late replies or not liking their posst. Recently I have been noticing who I or someone I know can say no to and who can say no to me. This observation made me realize that if you are comfortable saying no, then probably that person is someone close. They know you, they know you know them and that you will understand.
