In last night’s episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy Fieri, the Mayor of Flavor Town, announced that he has finally located the “absolute apex of Mexican culinary heritage.” It is not in Guadalajara, but inside a converted kayak rental shed in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, run by three guys named Steve.
