Miles: 15 Despite some not so great things happening yesterday today was fun. We passed two larger waterfalls and I climbed up to one of them with green and took a shower in it. The second one everyone had lunch at. Right now I’m at the shelter I ended up at last year when I hiked this section. I might regret deciding to sleep in the shelter here. Seems like there’s a lot of mice but maybe they aren’t too bad. When I really look at them they seem kinda cute. I hung my bag up but I’m still hoping they don’t mess with it. Anyways stopping at the waterfall today and climbing it to take a shower reminded me why I’m doing this. The walking is good exercise but ultimately it’s doing stuff like that which makes the experience fun. I miss having Zero around and I hope her leg feels better. There’s another very cool waterfall I get to see tomorrow. I’m very lucky. Short one sorry! I listened to a podcast for the first time on trail today.
