I bumped into Martin a couple of weeks ago at Fromebridge, and he suggested we catch up on various things going on. He also wanted some guidance on what do to about his website renewal. So since it’s been a while since I’ve been down at Wild Acres, I suggested we meet this morning down there. It was good to see the progress – some things are the same and other things have moved on. Overall the food production is in good shape and the meadow was looking great, even though he didn’t manage to get a cut in before the growing season. We made a pot of tea and sat for around 2.5 hours in the summer house talking about pretty much everything going on around the local community. There’s a couple of potential projects where we might have a common interest in pursuing, so we’ll chew on that and see if there’s any capacity to follow through. All in all, a pleasant morning and just nice to spend time without having to do anything in particular. In the afternoon, it was off to the library again…
