Social Media 40 Day Break Completed

I passed the end of my self-imposed break — 40-day fast — from social media. Earlier, one month into it, I went ahead and totally deleted my Bluesky and Mastodon accounts. Gone! I now have just one social media account, Facebook.1 I’ve debated whether or not to delete it.
