This week note covers the week of 11th–17th May. Life# Last week was sort of a rebound to the weeks before, that is to say, it wasn’t a great week. A was sick the entire week and I was worried sick. I made the mistake of having some coffee on Tuesday (only 10ml espresso though), and then going to the gym. My body just couldn’t take them together, and I messed up my sleep completely. Then to combat the sleepiness next day I drank more coffee, and it made me lose even more sleep. The lack of sleep, the worry, and the exhaustion from the gym session completely ruined my days. I was too sleepy and too tired to do anything other than most essential tasks. I had to take Friday off just to recover. After sleeping for 10 hours on the Friday night, I felt refreshed, so I went for a short run on Saturday morning. Big mistake! I was feeling utterly sick through the whole day after that, and couldn’t sleep again last night. I actually stayed in the bed whole day today to recover. Thankfully, A is…
