Note: I feel like I shouldn’t have to say this, but I don’t want a mob on my back. LLMs are useful, yes I use them for engineering – albeit minimally compared to most. The Idea I frequently see various thoughts such as: Software engineering is now for everyone. AI is democratizing software engineering, anyone can make an app now. Soon, there will be no need for software engineers, if you can think it, AI will build it. Egregiousness aside, at surface level it makes sense.
