I’ve been in the midst of a crazy busy period at work since getting back from London and Copenhagen, and it isn’t entirely over yet, so I haven’t been writing as much as I’d like to. Funnily enough, not blogging made me realise how much the practice does actually matter to me. Or maybe it isn’t that surprising after all that when you don’t do a thing enough, you find that you do miss its presence in your life after all. I was thinking about it anyway, but the fact that I did miss this blog while I wasn’t regularly here tipped me across the line into becoming a Bear Blog lifetime subscriber. I love having a home here, and I want to make a commitment to being here for the long term. It truly feels like a warm and personal community with real humans (I’ve gotten some lovely emails from visitors, and I had a really nice email exchange with Herman when I upgraded, talking about Japan and things to do in Singapore). I don’t have anywhere near enough spoons to really write about anything…
