As already said in the last post, this is one of the matcha where I sadly didn't take as many notes as I should have, so the review is not as detailed or long as I'd like it to be! General InfoThis is my third Noritual Matcha, and I think very close to the first one I reviewed (their 'Contest Grade' matcha), which still remains my favorite of them. This is from the Saemidori summer harvest 2025 in Yame, so a single-cultivar, not a mix of different green tea varieties. Costs 29,90 Euro at the time of writing. Kinda funny that the store page says it's "strongly limited to 2265 tins". That seems a lot to me? Not as exclusive as they try to make it seem :) Well... here's one of them?
