Found this one at Boo Han Market along with another one. Rapokki is a great thing I really enjoy – a pairing of tteokbokki (cylindrical rice cake) and ramyun (Korean instant noodle). That texture combo alongside a sweet and spicy sauce is really wonderful. Let’s try this variety. Assi Kimchi Rapokki – United States Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp. To prepare, add everything in and 150ml room temperature water Rest lid on top loosely and microwave 3.5 minutes at 700W. Finally, stir and enjoy! An instant noodle block. Tteokbokki (rice cake). Noodle came out great but the tteokbokki was slightly underdone – much too chewy. The sauce was tasty, but I think the water line was a little low for this one.
