arco A beautiful, tender film about love! I love Miyazaki & Moebius. Aesthetically: extremely for me. It’s a children’s movie, but one that respects and admires children both in its characterization and writing for them. At the edges of the story, one can start to wonder about the mechanics of the world we’re shown, but most of the time I was too enchanted to mind.
