Sometime in 2021 I started jotting down my weight in Trilium. I wasn’t quite diligent about it but I did make that effort to log it down whenever I measured it. Looking back at it today, it’s interesting to see the consistent downward trend over the last five years. What’s more interesting is the sinusoidal peaks and troughs. I don’t think there’s much merit in digging into the nuances of each shift but this is just another data-point to understand how my body has been responding over the last few years. No significant diet changes - maybe just eating consciously and reducing sugar? Maybe those high-altitude hikes helped a bit? Or Maybe not wearing my hiking boots during some weigh-ins? I think somewhere in 2022, I did self-correct and started weighing only my in-my-pajama weight. So there is some truth in those numbers. Weight was definitely one thing that I did want to control because I could actually feel it in my knees. I feel it now too but that’s probably because the right one…
