The month started with disappointment. It was with great preparation and anticipation and intensification of my expectation that I packed for Big Bend in the first week of March to capture the Milky Way. It was a dud. Cloudy throughout the night and the next morning. All I could do was sit in the car and solve puzzles and wait for sunrise to drive around the park. The drive wasn’t a complete disaster though.
